1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IELTS VAULT (including our website at ieltsvault.com and any associated mobile or web applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
2. Your Account
To access most features of IELTS VAULT, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we reasonably believe to belong to users under 13.
3. Permitted Use
IELTS VAULT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial IELTS preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.
For Institution plan subscribers, this licence extends to authorised students within your organisation, subject to the seat limits and usage restrictions of your subscription.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access credentials to others
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription or access controls
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam, misleading content, or unsolicited advertisements
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to IELTS VAULT, including essays, speaking recordings, blog submissions, and reviews ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant IELTS VAULT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your content solely for the purposes of:
- Providing and improving the platform and AI evaluation features
- Displaying approved reviews and blog posts publicly on the site
- Training and improving our AI models (using anonymised data only)
You represent that you own or have the right to submit all User Content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on IELTS VAULT — including practice questions, AI evaluation tools, design, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to IELTS VAULT and protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
7. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
- All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:
- The platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- AI-generated scores or feedback will exactly match official IELTS examination results
- Using the platform will result in a specific band score improvement
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IELTS VAULT and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by visiting your account settings or emailing us at support@ieltsvaultprep.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may permanently ban access to the platform.
Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases. We may delete your account data after 90 days as per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
