Are Basic and Pro Vault subscriptions or one-time payments?
Both plans are one-time payments — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal. You pay once and get access for the stated period (1 month for Basic Vault, 2 months for Pro Vault). When your access period ends you simply choose to re-purchase if you need more time.
What's the difference between Basic Vault and Pro Vault?
Both plans unlock unlimited mock tests, AI evaluation, trainer feedback, and priority support. Pro Vault adds double the access time (2 months vs. 1), higher daily AI evaluation limits (Writing 10/day Basic + Advance vs. 5/day Basic, Speaking 2/day Detailed vs. 1/day Advance), unlimited Premium IELTS notes, and a personalized study plan — making it the best choice if you're targeting Band 7+.
Can I start for free without entering payment details?
Yes — the Starter Vault is completely free, forever. No credit card required. You get full interactive learning content, limited smart tools, limited practice mode, and full blog access. Upgrade to Basic or Pro Vault anytime from your account when you're ready to go deeper.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer for Pakistan-based payments. International cards (Visa & Mastercard) are also accepted. Contact us if you need an alternative payment arrangement.
What is your refund policy?
All paid plans are non-refundable once access is granted. However, if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, our admin team will review refund requests made within 3 days of purchase. Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro Vault later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro Vault at any time from your account. Your remaining Basic Vault days are carried over — you won't lose any access time you've already paid for. Just go to your account settings and select the Pro Vault plan.
