1. Our Refund Policy
All paid subscriptions on IELTS VAULT — including Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Institution plans — are non-refundable by default. Once a subscription is activated, access to all platform features is granted immediately and the payment is considered final.
We encourage all users to make use of the Free plan to explore the platform before upgrading to a paid subscription. This ensures you are confident in your choice before committing to a plan.
2. 3-Day Admin Refund Window
As a goodwill measure, IELTS VAULT offers a 3-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds under this window are not self-service — they can only be processed by an IELTS VAULT administrator upon receiving a valid refund request.
To be considered eligible under this window, you must:
- Be within 3 calendar days of your initial subscription payment date
- Not have made a previous refund request on any IELTS VAULT plan
- Contact support directly — refunds cannot be self-initiated from your account
- Provide your account email and the reason for your request
Once the 3-day window has passed, no refund can be issued regardless of circumstances.
3. Changing Your Plan
If you wish to switch from your current subscription to a different plan (e.g., from Pro Monthly to Pro Annual, or from a lower tier to a higher tier), IELTS VAULT will apply your previous subscription amount as credit towards the cost of the new plan.
Plan change credits are applied at our discretion and must be requested by contacting support. The following conditions apply:
- Credits are applied only towards an upgrade to a higher-value plan
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash
- The credit value corresponds to the amount paid, not the remaining unused period
- Downgrades to a lower-value plan do not qualify for a credit or refund of the difference
4. How to Request a Refund or Plan Change
All refund and plan change requests must be submitted directly to our support team:

Once a refund is approved and processed by an administrator:
- The refund will be initiated within 2 business days of admin approval
- Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
6. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Requests made after 3 days: Any request submitted after the 3-day window from the original subscription date will not be considered.
- Renewal payments: Automatic renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once charged.
- Previously refunded accounts: Accounts that have already received a refund are not eligible for further refunds.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations: Accounts suspended or closed due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible.
- Free plan: The Free plan has no charge and is not eligible for a refund.
- Technical issues beyond our control: Refunds will not be issued for outages caused by third-party services, internet providers, or user device issues.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the paid period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
If you are within the 3-day window and wish to cancel and receive a refund, you must contact our support team as described above — cancellation alone does not initiate a refund.
